The format combines moderated mastermind sessions, shared meals and enough unstructured time for discussions to continue naturally.
Some of the most valuable conversations happen between sessions, during walks, over coffee or late into the evening.
Six people sit at each round table. Every table has a set topic and a moderator who asks questions, and everyone is welcome to open a topic or share a challenge they face, and to help others in the same way. After each conversation the tables mix, so by the end you have sat with everyone.
We do not publish who attends. Trust is asked for, and also given.

Possibly. That is why confidentiality rules apply and tables are put together carefully.
Is accommodation included?
No. Participants get a discount at the host hotel, with no obligation to book.
Can my company pay?
Yes, the invoice is issued to your company.
What if I cannot attend?
There are no refunds. With our approval, you can transfer your place to a colleague.
